Lesha Dickerson, PTA
CEO, Clinic Director
Lesha is a Colorado native and has been working in Pueblo’s medical community for thirteen years. She believes in doing what you love for a living. After ten years marketing and managing in healthcare settings Lesha returned to school to obtain her physical therapist assistant degree so she could take part in caring for patients on a deeper level.
As a 15 year cancer survivor, Lesha is ambitious, motivated and a little adventurous. She believes that all of us should live our lives to the fullest every day. She looks at life as an opportunity with family, friends, and faith as important support beams. Lesha loves spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors, and loves hiking, camping, skiing, bicycling, and boating.
Lesha is dedicated to continuing professional education, to maintain knowledge and proficiency, knowing that there are constant improvements and changes in the medical field. Lesha will play many roles at Momentum Physical Therapy of Pueblo. She is thankful to be able to utilize many of her skills, and continue advocating for patients in the community of Pueblo.
Ashley was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. She graduated from South High School in 2012, later she graduated from PCC with her Associate’s degree in Applied Science. Before she joined the Momentum team, Ashley worked with a family practice for 5 years as a front desk and also worked 3 years with a credit union. She’s eager to learn and help grow our Momentum team! Outside of work she enjoys being an animal mom, gaming, welding, and being with her family and friends.
Katie grew up in Loveland and traveled to Virginia to complete her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She attended Liberty University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Lynchburg College in 2017.
In high school, she went on many mission trips and fell in love with helping and serving people. These trips combined with her fascination of the human body set her on a path for physical therapy. She is very excited to be working with the community of Pueblo.
Katie loves being outside, riding horses, watching movies and TV shows, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Laura is a Pueblo native. While she was in college she worked as a rehab tech in a hospital. She Graduated from PCC in 2007 with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She worked in a hospital setting on the orthopedic unit for 11 years. She has also worked in Extended Care Facilities over the years.
Her hobbies include crochet, photography, and traveling. Laura is also bilingual fluently speaking Spanish.
She looks forward to helping her patients get back to a pain free lifestyle so they can enjoy all the things they love to do.
Andrew grew up in Blue Springs, MO, just outside of Kansas City. He went to the University of Missouri for school where he earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2016 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019 while also working as a Personal Trainer. Throughout his time in high school and college he has been active in many sports and developed a passion for riding mountain bikes when he was 16. This gave him the opportunity to travel and race throughout the country.
His current interest is in working with people who want to return to sports or fitness, but he enjoys working with a variety of populations and goals. Outside of the clinic he also enjoys lifting weights, hiking, snowboarding, and watching sports alongside being on his bike.
Jeff Snyder, PT, DPT
Jeff Snyder is from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He later moved on to Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University (WKU) and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. His motivation to become a PT was simply to be able to use his skills to positively impact others, help patients general health and well-being, and to have a positive impact on his community.
He enjoys watching hockey, football, baseball, and college football. Not only does he like to catch up on his favorite Netflix shows, he also loves hanging out with his dog “Salmon.” Together they enjoy hiking, disc golf, and any other outdoor activity they can do together.
Rachel Erdely, DPT, ATC
Rachel grew up in a town right outside of Pittsburgh, PA. She went to Duquesne University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training then continued her education to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wheeling University in 2019. Throughout her years of education, Rachel participated in several sports such as volleyball and basketball, as well as performing as a Division 1 athlete throwing Javelin for Duquesne University’s Track and Field team.
Rachel has always had a passion for helping people by being involved as a medical volunteer for the Pennsylvania Special Olympics, community health and fitness events, and a service learning trip in Merida, Mexico to perform physical therapy and community aide in underprivileged neighborhoods.
She enjoys spending time with her friends and family outside of work, traveling, facetiming her nieces, exploring the beautiful hiking trails in Colorado, paddleboarding, and skiing.
Sara was born in Gillette, WY and grew up in Pueblo. She graduated from Centennial High School, and PCC with an Associate of Science/Physical Therapy Assistant. She spent 12 years with Parkview Hospital in acute, sub-acute, and outpatient/aquatic settings, and 3 years working in neuro ICU with stroke, traumatic brain injury and trama patients.
Matt was born and raised in Pueblo. His entire family lives in Pueblo and he is very grateful that everyone is in close proximity to one another. He graduated from Centennial High School and continued his education to earn a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from CSU-Pueblo in 2016. Matt has always chosen jobs that help the general public and is now excited to be working in the medical field, a goal he has had for many years. He is currently the trainer at Central High School and is looking forward to helping the Pueblo community at Momentum Physical Therapy.
Matt has a passion for anything and everything sports related, the great outdoors, and spending time with his friends.
Jordan was born and raised in Raton, NM. She graduated from high school and later moved to Pueblo, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She plans on pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist. Jordan has always been passionate about helping others in any way possible. She is very grateful to be working in this setting and looks forward to learning as much as she can while working at Momentum.
Outside of work Jordan loves spending time with her family, friends, and 2 dogs Tucker and Jax. She enjoys the outdoors and playing sports any chance she gets.
Tony grew up in Staunton, VA. He enjoys working with patients to see improvements in mobility and overall well-being. He’s an avid hiker and tries to get out each weekend with his wife to explore the mountains. He also enjoys CrossFit, volleyball, photography, camping, fishing, music festivals, reading, and listening to podcasts.
Director of Front Desk
Natasha was born in Westcliff and moved to Pueblo at the age of 7. She later on went to Centennial High school and graduated in 2013. While in high school she enjoyed cheer leading and watching the football games. After school she worked in various jobs that gave her 5 years of front desk/hospitality experience and also 2 years experience in billing.
In her spare time she likes to watch football, baseball, and hockey. Her favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Rockies, and Avalanche! She has 2 dogs and a beautiful baby girl that keep her busy. An absolute must for Natasha is being outdoors or camping when she can and of course hanging out with her friends and family.
Angela Amato “AJ” was born and raised in Pueblo graduated in 2000 from Pueblo County High School. She attended PCC and graduated with her Certificate for Massage Therapy in 2013. AJ and her husband, Colby have three amazing boys Brekken, Austin, and Jameson and she feels so blessed to have those four guys in her life! Nothing makes her happier than being with her family enjoying their cabin in South Fork Colorado and going on adventures.
Tristan grew up in Rye, CO. After graduating high school, she relocated to Boulder to further her education as an Integrative Physiology major. Being passionate about helping others, Tristan plans to work with us while continuing to pursue her career in nursing. She enjoys spending her time watching and playing sports, being outside, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
